[my life, my blessings, my journey]

Linked 52 {sleep}

As the littlest of my littles, sweet John Boy is always along for the ride. He is my constant companion and we spend lots of time shuttling the girls to activities, school and play dates. We run errands (all the time, it seems), we stop for coffee with friends, and hit all the drive-thru's - the bank, the library, the pharmacy, Starbucks. :) He often cat naps in the car in between stops...I hate to wake him. I rarely listen to the radio or talk on the phone in the car...I much prefer his itty bitty snoring and the quiet that comes with the littlest of littles.

Linked 52 {sleep}

The list of friends playing along has grown mightily in just a few weeks. Take a minute to peek at {sleep} through their lens.

This is so sweet. I know what you mean about them being along for the ride - I feel like I'm forever hauling my littlest in and out of her carseat as we run around town. Love this!

So sweet. All of these sleeping kiddos shots are just precious! Those younger ones have to adapt to car naps don't they? :)

What a universal shot your captured. :) This could be any of our children, and I love that. The head tucked down, blanket next to him. I secretly still love it when my nine year old falls asleep in the car with her blanket. :)

Such a sweet photo. It really is the classic zonked out child in the car seat. I still love it when Max falls asleep in the car, until I realize that he will then be awake till midnight or so because of the nap. ;-)

we just moved my littlest into a booster seat which really makes it hard for her to nap in the car. I love sleeping kids and quite cars!!

What a sweet shot. My four year old tags along too and makes lots of noise in the car sometimes. When it's too quiet I look back and sure enough he's asleep.

Very nice, I can just about hear him breathing.
I could never understand how they could actually fall asleep in the car seat, strapped in, not able to move, but it sure worked well.

My little one does the same thing. He'll wake up with zipper marks on his face and drool on the carseat. I can totally relate. :)

Love this. He's so sweet. Makes me think of when mine was that wee, falling asleep in the car; which was good because he didn't like being in the car for long periods of time.

I'm here today: http://piercebabyproject.blogspot.com/2009/03/what-they-do.html

What a sweet little companion. I would let him sleep, too.

Hi Amanda, I came into the project just this week. Hope you have a quiet moment to check out my entries, as well.
